Biography:
I became interested in physical therapy while I was attending University of Michigan working as a Student Athletic Trainer. I enjoyed working with athletes and became interested in their rehabilitation following injuries. I also worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at The University of Michigan Medical Center while I was in school and gained significant exposure to many different patient populations. This experience with many different types of patients with varying diagnoses and disabilities shapes the way I practice physical therapy today. I have done post graduate work in both Spine and Extremity care, Strategic Orthopedics, Postural Restoration and Athletic Training. I take pride in individualized treatment for my patients in a positive environment to help them heal and return to normal activities. With many years of clinical experience, I still feel there is still nothing better than helping a patient achieve their goals!
