Biography:
My physical therapy career began at Children's Hospital of Michigan where I treated children and adolescents with various disorders and diseases. While at Children's I soon found my niche in the area or orthopedics. I was fortunate to be able to work very closely with two renowned pediatric orthopedic surgeons, Dr's Carl and Deborah Stanitski. Through their guidance I was able to gain experiences usually reserved for residents and medical students. From that point on I have worked in various settings treating both pediatric and adult patients. To broaden my knowledge I took a brief hiatus from the profession to be a sales representative for hip and knee implants.
I am extremely excited to be given the opportunity to join a great team in HealthQuest. I have lived in the Rochester area for almost twenty years and HealthQuest has always been the place to send friends and family when they had the need for rehabilitation. At HealthQuest I hope to further my knowledge and expertise in the area of adult orthopedics while helping to build a strong and reputable pediatric program.
